Just in time for holiday cooking!!!

Mr. Rob Harper, Executive for Children's Hospital, will be hosting a cooking demo/class on Sat. November 13, from 10:30am-12:00pm. Mr. Harper will "mock prepare" the menu below, answering questions and discussing the processes involved. Then, all in attendance will sample the dishes he has prepared. Tickets are $15/person and can be purchased from any choir member. Limited seating. Call Mrs. Heron if any questions. Spread the word!!
MENU: Grilled Portabello Mushrooms over Baby Greens topped with a Balsamic Vinaigrette Salpicon
Roasted Turkey Tenderloins stuffed with Cornbread and Cranberry Dressing
